Experience leading efforts to interface between different applications and in some cases back-end SQL environments (flat file integration) Data validation: monitoring/testing outgoing/incoming data and validate it to ensure usability. Meet with internal stakeholders to ensure system processes are in alignment with operational requirements Data acquisition: Analyze data from varied sources like databases, CSVs, XMLs and other formats. Prioritizes tasks to ensure team members are engaged, productive, and efficient Oversees new application development by vendors and ensures deliverables are in line with defined Business and Technical Requirements Track and manage change requests, updates, and enhancements for entire SHCN application inventory Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as business owners, leadership, operations, and the Medicaid/Medicare Team to ensure SHCN application is always in line with business goals and direction Identify gaps and opportunities across all applications and assist in the development of strategies for meeting these needs Participates in the identification of moderately complex application problems and suggests resolutions able to identify potential delays/roadblocks and escalates to management Ensure identified EHRs are implemented with the appropriate provider facing applications that allow for consistent collection of EHR Quality/Risk data Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as Network Operations, Quality/Risk Performance and Practice teams to ensure SHCN is maximizing performance in risk contracts through EHR Operations Translating clinical content and workflow into the build, implementation, and maintenance of Care Management Platform Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot application(s) that supports care management/call center/referral management/practice management operations Ability to run meaningful and timely meetings that result in actionable next steps Ability to communicate effectively with leaders, including putting together slide decks for ELT. ![]() Serve as a manager and key representative for assigned team. ![]() Responsible for managing SHCN Application Inventory detailing Vendor/Development contacts, business owners, and support responsibilities. Works with provider enrollment, executive leadership team, provider, and patient population. Position Purpose: Serves as subject matter experts for select Innovaccer applications in use by SHCN care management.
